Why are our stores only open on select dates?

Opening seasonally as opposed to year-round allows us to keep our costs low.  We pass out these savings to you by offering a great selection of toys and books at great prices.

What payment types do you accept?

Cash, Debit, and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).

When and where are your pop-up sales?

Our pop-up sale dates are typically confirmed by June.  Please check back to learn about our upcoming pop-up sale locations, dates and times.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final however we do stand by all our products. If an item is defective, we will offer an exchange up to 60 days after purchase. In case the item is no longer available we will issue a credit note amounting to the items value that can be used to purchase a replacement item(s).

Are all in-store products online?

Not all of our products are offered online. For a greater selection of toys and books we recommend visiting our retail stores.

How does your fundraising program work?

It’s very simple to organize and no selling or money collection is required by children, parents or organizers. Have your group shop at Samko & Miko Toy Warehouse and receive a cheque for 10% of your group’s total purchases (before taxes). Click here for more details.

Why are shopping carts unavailable to customers?

Our retail shops get very busy during the holidays and because there are a lot of children in our stores shopping carts pose a danger.

Customers can bring in Strollers / wagons.

In lieu of shopping carts our stores have a bag holding area where customers can mark their bags with tags and leave them while they continue shopping.  We also offer free carryout service where staff will help customers carry their purchase to their vehicles after checkout.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, America Express, and Visa Debit.

What is your return policy?

To keep our pricing low, we have a “all sales final” policy, however if any toy does not work please contact customer service and we will gladly replace it.

Are all your products online?

Not all of our products are offered online. You’ll find great deals on our website, but you can expand your selection by going to see what we’ve found for our in-store sales.

Which countries can I order from?

We currently ship to Canada, except for the Territories (Yukon, NWT and Nunavut).

What are your tax policies?

Samko and Mike Toy Warehouse automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders that are delivered to Canadian mailing addresses.
Shipping and Delivery

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to register on the carrier’s website.

Do you offer free shipping?

FREE Shipping applies to all orders over $75 before shipping/taxes and are shipped with expedited post. Exception: If your shipping rate exceeds 20% of your orders total, we will charge for the remainder of the shipping cost.

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 48 hours during business days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Expedited parcels can take 3-5 business days, Express can take 1-3 business days.

Do I have to pay taxes or duties?

Samko and Miko Toy Warehouse is a Canadian company, all prices are in Canadian dollars and ALL orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, so there is never any duties or extra taxes on any order.

Haven’t received your pickup email yet?

Make sure to check your junk box/spam folder as sometimes our pickup notifications may get filtered out. Allow up to 3 business days for processing at our Richmond Hill Location.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes, you can pick up your online order at our retail or pop-up stores. All online orders can be picked up once you receive a confirmation email. When picking up your order please bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your receipt/order.

Where can I pickup my order

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your Order can be picked up at our customer service desk inside our retail or pop-up stores, you must have order # when picking up AND wear a Mask.  Please wait for a confirmation email before you pick up your order.
