Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions

1. Prospress Inc (“Refer a Friend” or “RAF”) is a third-party application that allows us, Samko Sales (“we” or “our”) to offer referral rewards to customers like you (“advocates” or “you”) to spend on our online products. When a referred friend (“friend”) uses the program to make purchases from Samko Sales, both you and your friend will receive a reward; in this case, $5 credits each.

2. Terms and Conditions can be changed at any time. These terms apply to individuals who are accessing or using the program either as a referrer (“advocate “) or a friend referred by an Advocate (“friend”) .

3. The RAF offer is valid in Canada only, and can be paused or changed at any time. Rewards must be claimed before the expiration date stated in each coupon code and may only be redeemed with online purchases. It may not be redeemed in wholesale partners, such as department stores or at our outlet boutiques.

4. Offer does not include purchases of sale-priced items, Samko Sales gift cards, discounted sets, or any composition at a value or sale price. Cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or discount – including gifts offered with purchase and promotional threshold offers. Only valid on one transaction per customer. No reissue or reimbursement for lost or void voucher. No cash value. No cash back. Not applicable to prior purchases, gift cards, shipping fees or taxes. By redeeming the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 5. By participating in the program, advocates and friends agree to use the program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions, and any of our other terms and conditions, including our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an advocate or friend.

6. Prospress Inc will collect, process and store your PI data in accordance with its privacy policy. Prospress Inc may share your PI data with third-party vendors only for the necessity of carrying out the program. These third-party vendors will not contact you and are not permitted to share your PI data with any other vendors.
